re: New Rule: FLEX and PuGs

0

It has come to the attention of the officer core that people are contacting their raid leaders during FLEX/CRZ raids, when people are under performing, demanding that they get replaced. The following rule was generated in response to this:

Quote:
Firstly, in ALL CASES, the RAID LEADER will make the final call. Inside of a raid instance the raid leader's rule is LAW. Once the raid leader has made a decision the decision is final and will not be called into question. If the raid leader asks for for consul the assistant must work with the raid leader in deciding the best course of action considering the raid and it's progress above all else. Failure to adhere to this rule WILL result in disciplinary action.

In the event that a wipe occurs on the same boss up to five(5) times in a single raid, the raid leader will make the call to access the current situation of the raid, verify the performance of it's members, and may, at this time, decide to replace any member of the raid with either a new PuG or awaiting guild member. The person(s) that are asked to leave will be done so by the raid leader or his/her appointed assistant(s).

This rule will go into effect immediately, on the day of 9/18/2014.

Makes perfect sense. Added to the raid challenge section of the guild rules.

I also added the first clause to the raiding policies section...just in case. You know how some people like to nitpick rules.

Thanks, X! Couldn't figure out how to edit it into there as the post is locked and I fail at HTML...
